2 Inspections & Report

2 inspections of the roof envelope, including the roofing and wall cladding with a detailed report. The report is broken down into areas of risk, from immediate and high risk to low risk or aesthetic issues. Against each item of risk, we will provide our recommendations. Where possible, the report will give an estimate of costs to fix any issue.

02 —

Cleaning with before and after photos

During the inspection the roofing contractors will clean the roof to accordance with the guidelines from the manufacturer. This is required every 6 months to comply with the warranty. Photos will be provided in a separate “CLEANING” report showing the BEFORE and AFTER.

03 —

2 Inspections & Report

Finally, during the inspection the roofing contractor will address any minor issues that can be repaired on the day. Photos will be provided in a separate “repairs” report showing the BEFORE and AFTER.
