A detailed inspection and report can be conducted to provide building owners with an understanding of the condition of their existing asset. The report is broken down into areas of risk, from immediate and high risk to low risk or aesthetic issues. Against each item of risk we will provide our recommendations. Where possible, the report will give an estimate of costs to fix any issue and create a “shopping list” of items to repair.
