MSRDC

Affectionately known as “The Grey Ghost”, MSRDC is a behemoth of the South East. Located in Lynhurst, the Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre is a massive 70,000m2, $560m distribution centre and corporate office, the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

The feature of the build is the 45m highbay with a capacity for 60,000 pallets and is fully automated. The highbay is built as a RackClad system, so all the cladding is fixed to the racking system, instead of a traditional portal frame.
