Known as one of the biggest Volvo dealerships in the Southern Hemisphere, the new CMV Truck & Bus facility in Laverton is a true showcase of heavy transportation and commercial building design.
Built by Qanstruct, Premier was tasked with the installation of the insulated roof and wall cladding (including the on-angle feature cladding) which has contributed to it becoming one of the most recognizable warehouses when driving down Boundary Rd.
Constructed on an 80,000m2 site, purchased specifically for the project, the new facility boasts a retail showroom and office of 5,167m2 and truck servicing facilities of 13,744m2 – overall the building area totals some 20,490m2.
